  • The Beginner Training programme is designed for those who have minimal training experience and are looking to start their lifting journey. This programme focuses on mastering the basics. It is a 4 day full body split focusing on incorporating both compound and isolation exercises. Exercises include: Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press and Hip Thrust.
