I want to help educate you and show you that you can achieve long lasting sustainable results without beating yourself up. I don't believe in quick fixes or cookie cutter plans. My approach is very personal and unique to the clients I work with. I use my own personal experience as well as knowledge I have acquired throughout the past 5 years. I have been fortunate enough to work with and attend seminars with some of the best educators in the industry and want to be able to share this with as many individuals that I can.
Growing up I was always a chubby kid, I never said no to an extra chocolate. As I transitioned into my teens, I took up running, and was part of all the high school sports teams. This is where I developed my passion for training and health. By the time I started university, I decided to go 0 carb and lost 15kg. I had no shape and felt incredibly weak. As I started getting into weight training I developed binge eating and struggled for a couple of years. Fast forward to now, I have managed to overcome my ED and gained lots of experience and knowledge in both nutrition and training. I absolutely love what I do and want to be able to help others too!
